Sanistar produces a unique electrolyzed water that is slightly acidic for effective disinfection. Sterilize vegetables, fish, facilities, and tools that are in contact with them thanks to the Sanistar SS-1000.

Low chlorine concentration but strong bactericidal power for great disinfection. Almost colorless, tasteless, and odorless, there is no problem if you touch or swallow it.
Estimated usage of 3~12 tons/day. Suitable for food factories, medical facilities, etc.
Vegetables show little browning: Little effect on food quality, slowing browning while keeping original crispness.

What is the common wear and tear time of Sanistar?

About 2000 hours, but since it depends on the type of water used, we have many cases where it is fine to use it much longer. Check the slightly acidic electrolyte water's concentration and pH levels before deciding when to replace it.
At what temperature should it be used?

Use it in the range of 1 to 40°C.
Can I used any hydrochloric acid?

Please use a food additive or reagent grade.
Is the machine made on international voltage?

No, the product is manufactured with Japanese voltage. Please use the transformer that comes with the product, as failure to use it may result in damage.
